What if my delivery is late?
If you delivery is late for more than 30 minutes, call us and claim free delivery for your next order.
Do your delivery personnel accept tips?
No. We do not accept tips.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum or maximum order amount requirement.
What if there are missing items in my order?
Should your order be missing any item/items please contact us as soon as possible.
What if the item I ordered is out of stock?
During the checkout process you will be given an option to choose whether you accept substitutes or not for every item. However, if you do not like the substitute you received, let the driver know and we will credit your account for the value of the rejected item.
Will the driver give me a call prior to delivery?
The driver will call you 20-30 minutes prior to delivery.
What if I am not at home to receive the scheduled delivery?
If you and your designated alternate receiver are not present during the delivery time you have selected at checkout, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to contact you and reschedule delivery. An additional $4.99 redelivery fee applies for the same day/night. In such case when we are unable to contact you and redeliver the order, the order will be canceled and you will be charged a cancellation fee of $9.99.
Do you accept corporate orders?
Yes, we do. Delivery charge for corporate orders is the same as for the residential $9.99 (+ HST).
What is your return policy?
You have up to five days after the delivery, or until the expiration date printed on the product, whichever is earlier, to return non-perishable products and 24 hours to return perishable items, i.e. meat, seafood, fruit, vegetables, fresh/non-packaged baked goods, and frozen products.
Can I modify or cancel my order??
Should you need to modify your order, call our customer support. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified within 12 hours prior to delivery. Same-day orders cannot be modified or canceled.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Visa Debit, Paypal, Interac, Cash on Delivery.
